I am a vegetarian and this means I have very regular meals. What that also means is that I can feel satisfied and complete if I do not eat a particular food all the time. As a result, I have a very strict diet.
The problem is that if I eat a lot of food that doesn’t fill me up, I end up feeling lazy. I feel as if I have to eat more to get the same amount of nutrition, but the fact is that I would not be satisfied unless I did. In entree lifestyle we are able to eat lots of vegetables, fruit, and lean protein. The problem is that there are so many unhealthy foods out there, and most of them are high in saturated fat. The solution in entree lifestyle is to make sure you are getting enough of the many healthy foods you like. For instance, you should eat at least 6-10 servings of vegetables per day instead of just veggies as we do in entree lifestyle. You should also be getting in the habit of cutting out the junk in your diet by being more selective when it comes to what you eat. For instance, instead of eating the same thing every day you should have a different meal every day.
Entree lifestyle does have some limitations. For instance, it is not a diet. You should eat the same things as you normally do, but you should also make sure you are getting enough of all the foods you love. That will help you lose weight and improve your health.
