While the majority of the products are great, if you can avoid the processed foods and artificial sweeteners, the workouts will be much better.
If youre looking for good workouts, you can use a lot of the same methods as the ones I mentioned above, but they wont be as effective. For instance, you can use protein shakes or protein powder to make the workouts more effective with your calorie intake. Or you can use supplements to improve the workouts.
