I’m going to define my lifestyle activities as my activities that I participate in every day. These activities affect my health, well-being, mood, and overall happiness.
These activities are what you do every day as a human being. In other words, they are what you do every day as an individual.
In the past I have done my hobbies, like cooking, reading, and music, as an activity. Today, I only do them as a hobby. For example, I’m going to read a book, make a meal, or watch TV.
I decided to include cooking as an activity. This is because cooking is a physical activity. It involves physical materials and the mental energy required to do it well. We do it every day for an hour or two.
Cooking is not a solitary activity. It is a way of life. Many of us can trace our ancestry back to the cookbook period (like me!). Cooking is a way of life.

I don’t think it’s just about the food. I think even the most casual of cooking competitions do require a lot of mental energy and physical effort. It’s all about the food. It’s all about the recipes. There are a ton of different types of recipes, and each one requires a certain level of effort. When you look at a recipe like oatmeal cookies, it’s not an activity to just jump up and down and shout “YUMMY!” It’s a physical activity.
Well, I can’t speak for everyone, but I do know that you can’t just jump up and down and yell, “YUMMY!” without the mental and physical investment required. I think that’s why we eat breakfast, but we also eat dinner. And we also have snacks that we enjoy. Its all about what you put into it.
Its a lifestyle, just like the kind of life you live. But a lifestyle that requires a level of investment in the body and mind, and what you eat and how it’s prepared. That’s why cooking is a lifestyle activity, not a job.
Thats all well and good, but what about other activities like going to the gym, yoga classes, or meditation? They are all lifestyle activities that all require a degree of investment in the body and mind. Most of us can go to a gym once a month or be a healthy vegetarian and still become a better person. And that’s why you should get a gym membership. You can stay fit and healthy while doing something that requires a lot of investment in your body and mind.
