A good alternative to caffeine to get you in the mood to relax is drinking this delicious tea. You can drink it as you would any other tea, but I prefer to steep it in water to let the body absorb the caffeine and allow the rest of the body to absorb the relaxing relaxation effects. This is a tea that is specifically designed for the individual who is self-aware.
The tea is based on the ancient practice of “lifestyle awareness.” The idea is that instead of focusing on the moment-to-moment stresses in your life, you focus on the whole of your day, your whole life. So instead of focusing on stress, try to make a list of every item that is going to be in your life for the next six months. Then make a list of the things you want to accomplish in that time.
This practice is known as lifestyle awareness and it’s a self-awareness technique that focuses on the big picture of your life. It’s about the way you look at your life and how you relate to other people in your life, rather than the little details of your day.
The list doesn’t have to be a long one. This will help you identify the items that you might want to pay attention to, and it’s a great way to make a plan of action in the future.
Its not really hard to figure out what you want to do in life. Its just hard to determine how you feel about it. Its something that we all go through. You just have to start by asking yourself what you want in life. Next you have to figure out where you want to end up.
I can understand the idea of spending 10 minutes writing down everything you want to do in life, but at some point all you really need to do is figure out where you want to go. You can do that in minutes and have a plan for how you want to get there. I get it if you want to travel, go on a cruise, go to the moon, get a Ferrari, be a rock star, etc..
This is why the concept of the “life style” is so important. When you want to be a rock star, you don’t have to look at the sky to find out where you want to go. You can look at your actions.
In your journal, you can list all the things you’re doing that make you feel stressed. Then, put a number beside each one. If you’re a procrastinator and you’re doing a lot of tasks that you feel you should be doing, write down a number.
A study by researchers from University of Toronto found that we tend to do stress-inducing things that get us off track, and that even though we’re being mindful, our habits get in the way. You can reduce stress by being aware of your habits. In his book, The Life Habit, psychologist and author David Burns argues that habits are the basis for stress, and that we should be taking care of ourselves and our habits to avoid taking on stress.
That’s exactly what I’m doing with this stress awareness “tea.” I’m drinking it to make it more digestible. The idea is to start by focusing on the habits you want to break, and then to find a small amount of stress you can avoid by focusing on your habits. I’m drinking my stress-awareness “tea” during the day, and at night I drink it with my stress.
