At the end of the day, you can’t really get a lot of things right (like your body weight) if you don’t work on it.
I have my workout routine built around a lot of body weight exercises because I lift a lot because it makes me feel strong but I also feel great when I hit the weights. It’s not always about going to the gym and getting a ton of muscle.
