I don’t think the first thing most people think about when it comes to lifestyle is what we eat and what we do. I think most people think it’s the “lifestyle” part rather than the “lifestyle v35” part, but I always like to bring that back. I also think that there is a third level of self-awareness that we need to explore and practice.
At one point in the game, you’re at a dinner party with your friends and you’re all eating the same thing. The host asks you to choose what you’d like from the buffet and you pick the “lifestyle v35” option and then the host says “that’s not the v35 part!” I have to think that this is what happens to people when they don’t realize what they’re choosing.
This is a common misconception that I’m sure you’re all familiar with. But in fact that is not the case. The v35 lifestyle is a term that we used to use to describe what the host would have you do to take out a Visionary. This is the process of choosing your food: If you choose to eat what the host suggests, you will most likely die.
A good example is I’ve been eating a diet that has some veggies, mostly. I’m also eating more protein than normal. But instead of eating the normal amount I chose to go to a restaurant that has a healthy, delicious vegan option. So when I eat a normal diet, I don’t usually die. I don’t even need to die.
I have also been eating a diet of “whole foods” and “natural,” which is exactly what the host wants for you to do. It’s just that most of the time, I eat what the host suggests because I am a total lazy ass. I’m not going to ruin my life by making myself do any of the things in front of me.
A vegetarian lifestyle is actually a great way to eat healthy. And living without meat is a healthy way to live. But a lot of people don’t realize that. As of 2009, the US government stopped subsidizing organic food. That means that if you’re going to eat a diet of plant-based foods, your food costs more. But it also means that you’re not eating meat.
My best friend just told me that my diet is the best diet for me. I love meat. I like the taste of it. But I dont eat beef or pork. I also do not drink any alcohol.
It’s a good thing that we didn’t have to pay for the government to subsidize organic food. It doesn’t make it any better for you than eating meat and drinking alcohol, because it would have been the same price. But now, with the government no longer subsidizing organic food, the price of meat jumps. The main problem is that it’s not healthy to eat meat. Even if you are not eating meat, you are still eating processed foods.
With organic food prices at a fraction of meat’s price, the consumer has little incentive to use the organic label. Instead they may buy the cheapest form of processed food (and no doubt at the same time, eat a lot of meat), and then when they feel better, they’ll buy more meat and eat more processed food. Then they’ll drink more alcohol and eat more processed food and feel drunk.
If you eat processed food, that isn’t healthy either. Processed foods will have less nutritional value and less taste than nature. The only way to fix this is to stop eating processed foods. If you buy organic food, you’ll be buying food that comes from animals that have been raised in more natural conditions.
