Veganism is a lifestyle choice. It is not a religion, a philosophy, a set of rules, a set of beliefs, or any other set of things that we should think about or believe in. It is simply the fact that we choose to eat plants and animals. This doesn’t mean that you are a vegan. It simply means that you choose to eat only plants and animals.
Vegans are people who choose to eat only plants and animals. They are not religious in any way, and there are many people who are vegetarians, vegans, and even omnivores. There just happens to be a lot more people who dont choose to eat only plants and animals than those who do.
There are no right or wrong answers and no magic formula to follow. It’s not about “if you eat this, you will be happy.” We are all on this planet, and we are all unique people. We all have different ideas about what makes us happy. Vegans don’t feel like they have to be exactly like everyone else. They are just like us in that they choose to eat only plants and animals.
I recently read a book which has helped me through many of these hard times in the past. I started it a few years back and it has been a huge help to me as a vegan. It is called The Vegan Handbook. It is a very practical and simple guide to veganism and contains many ideas which I’ve had trouble with and which also have helped me in other areas.
I can assure you that being vegan is not easy. It requires a lot of hard work, discipline, and sometimes a little sacrifice. It is by no means the easiest lifestyle choice you could make, and there is a lot of frustration involved too. But it has been a life-saver in my case. And as someone who eats mostly plants and animals, I can tell you that vegans are very much like us.
So if you’re going to be vegan, you might as well give it a shot. Try it out for a week, and then decide for yourself. Theres no such thing as an ideal lifestyle, and I would say that if you eat mostly plants and animals, you are doing the best you can with what you’ve got. The important thing is to be consistent. And when you’re consistent, you should find that you end up with more happiness than misery.
I have an odd way of looking at this. I think the biggest reason why so many people struggle with eating the way they need to is because they eat a lot of processed foods. It took me a long time to realize that when I was on a vegan diet that I was eating a lot of processed foods. I started making my own stuff, and that has changed a ton. But at the same time, I am still a vegan. Thats the thing.
In some ways, you can’t really compare a vegan diet to a typical meat-eating diet. Sure, you are cutting out all animal products, but you are also removing all of the hormones that come with animal products. If your body wants to eat steak, it will, because it is designed to. Likewise, it is impossible to not want to eat a burger, but it is still possible.
One of the first things that I learned about veganism is that if you eat meat, you eat it for the animals. This is true for meat-eating animal products, and I actually think this is pretty important. But for a lot of people, that doesn’t really change and they still want to eat meat.
While I believe this is quite true, it is not the case for vegans. For example, many vegans choose to eat fish rather than meat, and many vegans choose to eat fish rather than dairy. Many vegans also choose to eat eggs rather than meat. So it is possible to eat a lot of meat and still be a vegetarian.
